Ag Legacy Management Succession Series

Management Succession is a series of three (3) courses. In these, families learn how to prepare for the transfer of ownership and management of the family business to the next generation. Instruction and resource materials help family members explore the interpersonal and business challenges that family businesses must navigate in the process of transferring ownership and management responsibilities to the next generation.
